COUTOURISM Legal™ works with plant-forward brands across hospitality, culinary, skincare, and wellness — from independent enterprises to the consultants, coaches, and creatives who support them.
Terra is the founder of COUTOURISM™, a plant-forward hospitality design practice, and COUTOURISM Legal. A vegan, animal activist, lawyer, and Army JAG veteran with more than two decades of international experience across government, corporate, and nonprofit work, she brings legal, business, hospitality, and plant-forward perspectives to the protection of creative and commercial assets.
Her work sits at the intersection of hospitality design and intellectual property: building thoughtful plant-forward experiences and helping others who create them recognize what they have made and how to preserve its value.
